Poker Tracker ("the app," "we," "us") is a personal poker session and bankroll tracker. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. We designed the app to collect as little as possible.
Our website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregate traffic statistics. We also count App Store button clicks by day, page, and button position. Our click counter does not store your IP address, email, cookies, or a persistent visitor identifier. App Store links include campaign labels so Apple can report aggregate downloads from those links. Clicks are not the same as downloads.
During onboarding, we ask how you found the app (Internet search, App Store search, or a friend). Your answer is stored with your profile to help us understand discovery.
We do not collect your contacts, photos, precise location, or device advertising identifiers. The app contains no third-party advertising and does not track you across other apps or websites.
We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it to track you across other apps or websites.
Your account and session data are stored with our backend provider, Supabase, which hosts the database on your behalf. Access is restricted by row-level security so that you can only ever read or write your own data. Authentication tokens are stored securely in the device keychain.
We use PostHog to understand how the app is used. It receives an anonymous account identifier, your device model and iOS version, the app version, and product events such as starting a session, joining a group, or requesting a share. It never receives session amounts, notes, venues, invite codes, or your email. Data is processed in the United States and is not used for advertising or for tracking you across other apps.
If enabled in a future update, we may use Sentry to collect anonymized crash and error diagnostics to improve stability. These reports do not include your poker results or personal account details.
Poker Tracker is intended for adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under the age required in their region.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
